By creating an account or using Itinera, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The service
Itinera generates travel itineraries using AI. Suggestions are automatically generated and may contain inaccuracies, including wrong opening hours, prices, addresses, or activity availability. Always verify details with the venue or your own research before relying on them for travel planning.
3. No travel advice
Itinera is a planning tool, not a travel agency. We do not book flights, hotels, or activities. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or availability of any place or experience the AI suggests. Use your judgment.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to abuse the service: no scraping, no automated generation at scale, no using prompts to extract or attack the underlying AI, no sharing your account credentials.
5. Your content
You retain ownership of the prompts you write and the itineraries you save. You grant Itinera a limited license to store and process this content to provide the service.
6. Liability
The service is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Itinera and its operators are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service or any AI generated suggestions.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from the profile page.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of France. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Nice, France.
